You will have the right to access and list our portfolio of curated properties - we take care of the rest. The multi-department team of 35+ professionals at Athena will look after your clients in-house for the entire purchase cycle:

WHAT WE PROVIDE

Sales and Marketing: With selective curation of the best investment opportunities, we collaborate with property developers from the project's inception, understanding their needs and target markets. We handle all marketing and sales activities, with a track record of around 30 projects per year.

Customer Nurturing
Once a client is referred - even if not ready to buy immediately - he/she will be guided and presented with suitable options, updated with targeted newsletters and tailored updates until the right property is found for their specific criteria.

Athena Studio: Our in-house marketing specialists develop various promotional tools, including CGI and virtual tour creation, video presentations, drone footage, commercial brochures, and more - all designed to help you convert more leads.

Property Development: We design, build, and sell our own top-tier properties, which you can readily promote on your various marketing channels.

Property Finance: Our sister company, French Private Finance, is a mortgage broker - connected with all banks ready to lend to our clients, both residents and non-residents.

Master Agency: We manage a curated network of international partner agencies, enhancing our lead generation. We'd love to expand this network with you.

Athena Client Relations: Once a client is referred, our dedicated team handles the entire purchase process, increasing the chances of closing a sale in the fastest time possible.

Athena After Sales: We offer chargeable services to owners such as connecting to utilities, rental management, VAT reclaim process, and more.

Athena Roadshows: We frequently hold meetings in locations where we have a high concentration of clients, helping to close deals on properties.

Athena Property Stock: We have a wide range of properties - sometimes exclusive to Athena, including off-market stock, that we can offer to your clients.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

We propose a partnership where you earn a percentage of Athena’s net commission when a client you have referred successfully becomes an owner.

As soon as the leads are submitted to Athena, we will look after them completely, handling all of the work. You will also benefit from a dedicated account manager - making the process seamless and hassle-free.

Charlie Williams

Charlie has more than 20 years of experience in the Alpine and Lisbon property markets with a thorough understanding of property development, finance and management.

Part of Athena Advisers since 2006, he has lived in the Alps, Paris and London and now works with an international network of private investors and partner agencies who promote Athena’s opportunities.

LOW MAINTENANCE, HIGH RETURN

We've been working with a few select partners for over a decade now. Now we are onboarding a few more. With access to our portfolio, we support partners with marketing and they send any clients through that enquire. Our teams then help the client invest and once the deal is done, we split any commissions. We've helped hundreds of partner clients secure their investments, without partners having to do any work.
